BookToken stores booking name, mobile, and queue status for the tenant you booked with. WhatsApp/SMS alerts are sent only when the clinic has credits and toggles enabled. Platform admins can see aggregate pulse and support notes — not message bodies beyond delivery logs needed for ops.

Terms

Tenants are responsible for fair queue practice at their location. Credit packs are prepaid messaging units. Promoted listings boost directory order while active. Place kit hardware may be sold separately from software plans.
